💪❤️Make 2019 A Healthy New Year With Filfil 😋🙌

What is a healthy alternative to hot sauce?

Filfil doesn't need a substitute because it is the healthiest hot sauce you can buy.

1. Eating Fat Helps Lose Weight

Among the other many health boosting nutrients in organic garlic is it’s packed with monounsaturated and omega-6 healthy fats. Canola oil which is one of the other seven ingredients in Filfil also contains large amounts of unsaturated and omega-3 fats (more omega-3 than any other oil besides flaxseed!) Eating these kinds of fat helps you lower insulin levels which is the hormone that tells your body to start storing fat. So consuming fat... helps you lose fat 🤔

2. Spicy Food Scientifically Makes You Happy

Spiciness is created by a chemical called capsaicin and your brain is filled with receptors for capsaicin. Whenever you eat spicy foods you unlock the hormone endorphins in your brain, the same ones released when you laugh or eat dark chocolate.

3. Historical Medicine Practices

"At the time when antibiotics and other pharmacy products did not exist, a bulb of garlic itself represented a whole pharmacy industry due to the broad spectrum of effects." - National Institutes of Health. Garlic was heavily used all the way back in 3000 BC, as Egyptians fed garlic to their slaves to keep them strong while hauling giant rock slabs.. also, the youngest pharaoh Tutankhamen (1320 BC) was buried with garlic to protect him in the afterlife!

4. Garlic Is a Life Saver

Cooking with fresh garlic (or even better eating it raw!) has been shown to help with cardiovascular diseases, diabetes, high blood pressure, and metabolic diseases. This is because it contains antioxidants, enzymes, high nutrient density including fiber, among other naturally occurring properties.

At Filfil we have hit the proverbial jackpot of food practically making us epicurean doctors. All our Filfil garlic condiments contain more than 20 cloves of garlic and add a depth of flavor and spice to any dish that is unparalleled in this universal dimension. Buy our No. 6 marinade & spread, No.7 garlic hot sauce, and No. 8 sweet & spicy bbq sauce in our online shop or a store near you.

Hi Patrick, thanks for reading our post and leaving your feedback :)
Which oil to use is one of our longest on-going conversations with customers at Filfil so we appreciate your suggestions.

Balancing flavor, texture, health benefits, and lasting power (Filfil uses no preservatives, fillers, binders, or other artificial chemicals) is a tricky battle and canola oil has been our winner.

What about canola oil upsets the ketogenic diet? We maintain a high-fat, low-carb ratio in all our sauces, is there something else conflicting with it?

We strive to make Filfil the healthiest product on the market and appreciate you helping us improve.

As much as I love the No. 7, I wish there was a version with avocado oil or olive oil instead of canola. Keto folks avoid canola oil where possible.
